Leaking basement before we installed drainage membrane which directs the flow of water to a network of drainage tiles.

Work was performed from the inside of the basement. The floor is opened next to the outside walls, and drain tile is installed and surrounded by gravel. The pipe is connected to a sump pump, which discharges the water. |

All gaps around water meter were carefully sealed to prevent water leakage. |

House were excavated down to the footing. Weeping tile was replaced. Walls were patched and covered with membrane. |

In about 100 feet of tiles were broken along the wall. Concrete and dirt were excavated, replaced with drain tile, gravel and filled with new concrete. We put membrane from ground level down to drain tiles and framed basement. Designer-style ceramic tiles were placed back.
